Terms and Conditions of Sale

Please read these general conditions carefully before placing your order.

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between José de Deus Vilela (ENI) with VAT number - 139427988 and the customer, applying to all orders placed through the website https://graficavilela.pt/.

2. Orders

All online orders are considered final after payment confirmation. The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.

3. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in Euros, excluding taxes (unless otherwise stated). Payment may be made by Bank Transfer. Orders will only be processed after payment has been confirmed.

4. Delivery Times

The average delivery time is 15 business days, which may vary depending on the product or stock availability. In case of delay, the customer will be informed and may choose to keep or cancel the order.

5. Complaints

The customer has 15 days after receiving the order to submit complaints regarding defects, damages, or non-conformity. Complaints must be submitted through our support page: https://graficavilela.pt/pt/contactus

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under the applicable legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal for non-personalized products. Personalized or made-to-order products are not covered by the right of withdrawal, except in cases of defect or error in the order. To do so, the customer must notify us in writing at geral@graficavilela.pt.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for delays or inability to deliver due to force majeure (e.g., strikes, accidents, adverse weather conditions).

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be submitted to the court of the district of Portalegre - Portugal, unless otherwise provided by law.
